By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Services

Qais Luxe offers a range of luxury fragrances. We strive to ensure that the product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but we do not warrant that the information on our website is error-free. We reserve the right to change product information, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other online payment methods.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Gurgaon, Haryana – India, by courier. Delivery times are as follows:

India Wide – 3 to 7 business days

Deliveries are made between 9 AM – 8 PM Monday – Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot sign for the delivery, please suggest an alternative signer (e.g., a family member or colleague).

Qais Luxe takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person and is not responsible for damage after delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, items cannot be returned once delivered. However, if you receive a damaged/broken/leaked product, please contact our customer care within 24-48 hours. In extreme cases, a refund/exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification.

Refunds require an unboxing video with the original packaging. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of acceptance, excluding delivery charges. Refunds for cash on delivery orders will be processed to the bank account provided.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from the warehouse. A gateway charge of 2.5% will be applied. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, and a ₹75 deduction will be applied for returned orders.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Qais Luxe and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qais Luxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information. By using our website, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

11. Changes to Terms

Qais Luxe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
